DMCA Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Ampior respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, partners, retailers, contributors, and visitors to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners or authorised representatives can report content on Ampior that they believe infringes their copyright. Although Ampior is a coupon, deal, store, and product discovery website, some pages may include brand names, logos, product images, descriptions, promotional details, article content, or other materials that relate to third-party stores and services. We aim to use such materials in a lawful, fair, and informative way, but we take copyright concerns seriously.

If you believe that content available on Ampior infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice. Your notice should include enough information for us to identify the copyrighted work, locate the allegedly infringing material, and contact you regarding the request. Incomplete or unclear notices may delay our ability to review and respond.

How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

To request removal or restriction of allegedly infringing content, please send a written notice to contact_aff@ampior.co.uk with the subject line “Copyright Takedown Request”. Your notice should include the following information:

  • Your full name, company name if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location on Ampior where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid notice, Ampior may review the material, contact the person or party responsible for the content, remove or disable access to the material, request more information, or take any other action we consider appropriate. Submitting a notice does not guarantee immediate removal if the request is incomplete, inaccurate, unsupported, or relates to content that may be permitted by law.

Counter Notification

If content you submitted or manage has been removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter notification to contact_aff@ampior.co.uk. Your counter notification should include your name, contact details, identification of the removed content, the URL where the content appeared before removal, and a statement explaining why you believe the content was removed in error. We may forward your counter notification to the original complainant where appropriate.

Repeat Infringement

Ampior may restrict, suspend, or remove access for users, contributors, partners, or accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material or misuse the website. We may also remove content without prior notice where we believe it creates legal risk, violates our policies, or infringes third-party rights.

Important Notes

This policy is intended to provide a practical copyright reporting process. It should not be treated as legal advice. If you are unsure whether content on Ampior infringes your rights, whether your own use is lawful, or whether you should submit a notice, you may wish to seek independent legal advice before contacting us. False or misleading copyright complaints may have legal consequences.
